1. Cheque/Bank Draft to be issued in favour of M/s "PARSVNATH LANDMARK DEVELOPERS PVT. LTD" payable at Delhi/New Delhi. Outstation Cheque shall not be accepted.
2. Timely payment of instalments is the essence of the Agreement.
3. Other terms & conditions of the sale would be as per the standard allotment Letter/Agreement of the Company
4. The Saleable area include the covered area plus balconies proportionate common areas such as comdors passages, lifts, lift rooms, staircase, underground and overhead water tanks, mumties, club etc.
5. Preferential Location Charges (PLC) 5% for Ground/First/Second Floor flats, 5% for Central Green Area flats & 10% for Pent Houses to be charged extra & payable with the Basic Cost.
6. The Registration Charges of the Unit to be paid extra as applicable.
7. The company would pay penalty to its customer Rs.10/- per sq.ft per month for any delay in handing over the flat beyond the committed period of 36 months from the date of commencement of construction. Similarly customer would be liable to pay holding charges Rs10/- per sq.ft. per month if he fails to take possession within 30days from the date of issue of possession & interest @ 24%p.a on delayed payments, if any.
